Right from the start, Jay listened to our expectations and understood our needs very well. Took our needs into considerations and provided many great suggestions. The outcome is this beautiful, functional and relaxing home.

Steffany was a joy to work with throughout our entire reno journey! We went into this with 0 knowledge of reno and with busy work schedules so it was super helpful whenever we encountered anything at all that she would patiently explain it to us and also update us daily on whatever was happening at our house. She was super proactive in the reno and also checked in with us a lot on our appliances as a lot of decisions needed to be made at certain checkpoints. She also went above and beyond, as she told us to give her number as the point of contact for the delivery of everything so she could coordinate on our behalf which was really super convenient for us instead of going back and off. Even now, after moving in for 2 months, they’re consistently checking in on us and seeing if there’s any issues that they could help to address. Really appreciate how on the ball Steffany was, and Place to Relax in general! And how quick she was to address our concerns and fix any and all issues that inevitably came up during the reno journey.
It has been such a pleasure working with place to relax to build our home and we felt very reassured throughout the process!

Been living at my new place for a week now. Grateful to Steffany who helped me and my fiancé in this whole process.
It is our first home and there is so much about renovation that we are unfamiliar with. Steff was there every step of the way, from budget discussion to ID proposal, timeline planning, purchase of accessories, etc.

Jaz is one of the most responsive and professional ID that I have worked before. She follows up with what she said and whenever we needed help, she will always be there to help. Their pricing are also very reasonable and that’s a plus point for us to consider them!

ID Benethon is one of the most patient ID i came across. I went to get 6 different quotes from different places but decided to go with Place To Relax. I do understand that every renovation we may experience delays or unexpected problems so a responsive ID is very important to me. Someone who informs me of the problem before i find out and rectifies it on the spot. Thumbs up to Benethon. Definitely will introduce him to my friends in the near future.

We heard of Place to Relax through word-of-mouth from a friend, and we made an appointment with them in June 2021 to discuss ideas for our house. Prior to meeting with Place to Relax, we had met with about 10 other ID firms but none of them stood out.
Our ID was Jaz and she was pleasant to work with. She was not pushy and respected our ideas that we had. Doing renovation during COVID period is not easy with much uncertainty looming, and Jaz tried her best to complete our renovation works in the timeline given. She is also very prompt in her Whatsapp replies no matter what time of the day!
What we really liked about Jaz is that she will try her best to rectify any errors for us when we highlight it to her, instead of simply saying it 'cannot be done' or pushing the responsibility away. No reno is 100% perfect, what makes the difference is how the ID manages the problem. Jaz takes pride in her work as an ID and it is evident in her attitude when dealing with her clients. She is truly a very humble and sincere ID with the genuine aim to design our house for us the way I wanted it instead of doing it for publicity. As first time home owners and first time undergoing a full house renovation, we are truly very impressed with her work and the entire process, and would strongly recommend Place to Relax to anyone who is considering an ID firm for their place. I am now living in my new home and it is everything I envisioned it to be, thanks to Jaz from Place to Relax!

Just a note of thanks to both Jaz and Jocelyn who did an excellent job on our kitchen renovation.
I first came to know this company (Place to Relax Interior Design Studio) whilst browsing thru Facebook. I was actually looking for friends recommendations on ID then. Your company advertisement just popped up on my FB feed. I called up and fixed an appointment. That was July 29.
Linda and I are very pleased with the services provided by Jaz and Jocelyn. They listened and accommodated all our requests.
Also commendable is they have a team of good workers despite shortage and work changes during this pandemic period.
In short we're very happy with the results of our new kitchen.
We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking ID.
